Mission Statement: Photoshop Art & Design is a second year inheritance from the previous Website Art & Design club. Specific emphasis is placed upon graphic arts, digital photography manipulation, colour theory, and commercial advertising. Taken as a class, this comprehensive beginner, intermediate, and seasoned Photoshop course is an art that requires ingenuity, facility in design, and the capacity to find creative solutions. This class asks members to listen to lectures about technique, grasping the fundamentals of Photoshop—to have the ability to pursue further challenges. Members will utilize Adobe Photoshop in the computer labs we have reserved and will continue their lessons (supplemental readings and tutorials) at their own leisure. Our approach to education is guided by the principle of organization and professionalism; subsequently, over a dozen officers ranging from Public Relations, Instructors, to Distribution Staff are called to guide member lessons, pass on information, to maintain order and the interests of the members. As always, Photoshop Art & Design opens its instructional courses to all Latin students. We have decided to refund all club fees to expel any economical or monetary limitations; we are a club organized to teach Adobe Photoshop, and that is our mission.
