Asian Students In Action FAQs · Kpop User FAQs · Seevak Competition FAQs · Forums FAQs

Q. What is a crack? What is a keygen? What do I do with them?

A. Of all the visitors to wolfyserver, it is assumed everyone knows what are and how to use cracks and exploits, since you wouldn't be searching for them if you did not know. Well, everyone has to learn someday so here goes: A crack (patch) is a program made to give users full features and access not permitted within shareware and trial versions. They fool the software into thinking that they have bought it. A keygen is a program that uses algorithms to make valid serial numbers for software. Usually, a more sophisticated piece of software would require cracks instead of serials, but that does vary. These are very easy to use, simply follow the instructions on the .txt (windows notepad) or on the .nfo file (use notepad to open). In general, for keygens, calculate the key and insert into the requirement box of the software. For cracks, just run the .exe. Or, extract the file into the target program folder, and then execute. Sometimes when it does not work, check the target address. It might be set to a default folder that is not the software. Just put C:\Program Files\FolderofProgram\ or something like that.

Q. Why can't I open the crack and/or keygen I just downloaded?

A. First, be sure you have a PC-IBM compatible computer running windows 9x. Second, make sure you have the right decompression utility such as winzip8.1 (shareware - crack available), winRAR 3.1 (shareware - crack available), or stuffit expander (freeware). Many people know this already, but I am certain it is going to come up on my email inbox. Most files stored online are compressed, to both save uploading time (when you have to post the file from your computer to a internet server, that can be accessed by others) and downloading time (when you download a file from somewhere). Most files are saved in .zip form, the most popular compression. Some installers are .exe (self extracting), so a decompression utility is not needed. Other files, commonly warez and cracks, are stored in .ace or .rar form. These compression modes are far better than winzip's (30-60% more efficient). They can pack a whole game into about 20 (usually 2mb each) .ace files, where you download one at a time and activate winRAR or winACE when you have all the files. Then, the program will sort the files and pack them into a neat folder, where you can install or play the game. Now back to compression, basically that's it - all that you really need is winRAR or WinAce which unstuffs .zip .ace .rar and .sit (stuffit expander form). Cracks are available in "downloads" section for these files.

Q. Where are the instructions to the provided cracks and/or keygens?

A. Usually, in most crack archives, there's the program file and/or a .txt (text) and a .nfo (info) file. The text file you open with notepad, and so applies for the .nfo file. The .nfo file's icon has a binary 1010 sequence picture on the front in Windows 98-ME or a white file picture in XP. All you do is drag the .nfo file to notepad. If you cannot determine the extension name, simply Start: click on Run; then, drag the file into the text box. A .nfo signature or any file's extension will be shown. A more permanent solution is to show all and all hidden file extensions. Go to Folder Options in control panels, View: and check "Show hidden files and folders." Uncheck the box "Hide extensions for known program file names." The latter step is critical in Internet Security. It is easy to disguise a virus with a .bat extension into a Microsoft Word file by renaming the file to Document.exe.doc - Of course the computer when requested to hide known extensions, will disguise the document as a .doc; however, when executed, the file will open as a .bat and whatever hard driver melter or trojan you have there will be released. Keep this in mind.

Q. When i try to run a crack or a prog (program, usually exploitive) listed here, I receive an error message saying "msvb6run.dll needed" or some sort. Where can I get this file?

A. In our "downloads" listing in the main page or in our site map, under the menu, we have listed needed files for windows, for our cracks and keygens to run. If the page has changed, simply go to www.wolfyserver.org/neededfiles.html

Q. Do these cracks work for Apple Macintosh (MacOS 6-10.2)?

A. No, with all respect, they do not. Cracks and keygens mostly run on windows9x. Windows 2000, NT4 and XP will support these files in most cases. So keep that in mind. Nonetheless, you may be able to run all cracks in XP under compatibility mode. Here is a brief tutorial from our "Edify Maybe" section:

edify maybe tutorial #8:windows xp & compatibility issues

If you have windows xp, then you must have made the tough decision of parting with your old games and software. since windows xp is like 2000 and NT series, it is not compatible with windows9x & ME. There is a solution, though. Upon installing windows9x programs, right click on the setup.exe the program has (or some other name in the case) and in properties, set the compatibility to a 9x mode, preferably 98 or ME, then run it. This way, you can still get the eye-candy of xp while being able to run all programs.

Q. When I right click and 'save target as'. all i get is a html file instead of the crack or keygen.

A. This means, visitors were intended to be transported to an info page. Some of our cracks have infos, the ones before December. They were removed to allow more cracks to be posted with more efficiency. On other sites, you must click on the download button since it is in cgi form- to prevent file leeching. A word of caution: most legitimate crack sites will not launch the "Install on Demand" feature to request that you install this applet or whatnot to download a file. In all cases, use a different site. Most are trojans, advertisements, spy-ware and phone dialers.

Q. I have the serial what do I do now?

A. This is pretty simple, go to the program and select, if there is one, 'about' or 'help'. This will conjure an info screen regarding the product and registration information. If it is shareware, then just enter the serial. If you are using cracks, this is done automatically by the patch.

Q. Ok, can you send me this crack?

A. Unless this is a request, the answer is no. Visitors who do not have the time to click 'cracks' and download the 5-10kb file do not deserve the crack and neither my response. Unless in a special circumstance, I will not send the file - it takes up my time too, to attach and send the file.

Q. Why can't I download a file? I get a 'forbidden' error on my GoZilla and Download Accelerator.

A. There should be a popup that allows you to send the file back to the browser for processing. Otherwise, right click on the download image or link, and press 'save target as'. This should solve the problem

Q. Why are crack and site updates not performed on schedule?

A. Usually they are, or I might do it one day before or a day after. If site is not updated in a while, it means that I am preoccupied with other projects, my satellite servers are not functional, wolfyserver.org email is not working, or I am dead and my secret message box will be sent out in a week (if i don't check it every week). In any case, please visit the "cracks and keygens community" in our forums and post your request there; or, use the search feature: www.wolfyserver.org/search.html

Q. The patch won't work for my software.

A. Check the compatibility versions. All cracks should be updated on wolfyserver. If not email me at james@wolfyserver.org . In addition, you must have the program you are cracking closed for it to work. Install the original software and then the crack, is the most reliable method. Installing the crack, then the software can work as well.

Q. This keygen doesn't work. When I enter my name and company, it gives me a wrong serial number.

A. This is a common problem. Use only lower case in your entries, and only one word for each. Do not put a space in between, which would generate an invalid serial.

Q. When a keygen (particularly CORE's) asks for a string 7 characters long, what am I supposed to type in?

A. A string is basically a set of text characters from roman alphabet (alphabetical letters), but numbers are not allowed so if I was to enter the string in; it would be- wolfyse

Q. When I unzip a crack or keygen, all i get is a .nfo with some cracker name.

A. The serial number is embedded into the .nfo file. Open it with notepad, you should see info about the hacker group and a serial number and/or instructions. Some of the best cracking teams are CORE, TNT, fossi, and EVC.

Q. All right, you taught me how to open .nfo files, but what about id.diz?

A. Same way, use notepad, or in winRAR, just double click.

Q. When i download a crack or some game warez, all i get is a .nfo and an .ace and/or .rar file. I have winzip but it cannot recognize the file, nor does alladin expander.

A. Common problem but easy to solve- just download winRAR at www.download.com there is a crack on this site to register it to full. extra kudos.

Q. When I download a rom or an mp3 it's in some strange format- rom.java, rom.dll, and nonsense things.

A. The author must have done this to fool webhosts as not to delete the file, use winRAR or rename it back to the appropriate extension.

Q. When I download a movie, it's in .avi form but I can't run it. Windows Media attempts to download it, but every time the codec installation fails.

A. You need MP4 and DIVX codecs- such as Angel Potion, DiVX Player 2.0 Alpha and others, wolfyserver.org has them in the 'downloads' section.

Q. How do I crack things myself?

A. Use a hex-editor such as SOFTiCE or hexworkshop. It gets more complicated for to explain further, so either read a great number of tutorials, attend a classes at your neighboring college and university or simply use the cracks provided and save yourself much trouble.

Q. Some of your cracks are outdated. How come?

A. Software companies come out with updates, mainly to dissuade consumers from using cracks, keygens and serials. Nonetheless, cracking groups are always one step ahead of such corporations. It is suggested that you wait for a new release of a patch or search elsewhere.

Q. For the N64 emulators in the emu section, I can't seem to get it to work.

A. In UltraHLE you need a GLIDE compatible graphics accelerator such as voodoo3/4/5 (forget about voodoo graphics, banshee, and voodoo2) If you don't have one, download Nemu. But that is very rarely compatible. If you have a geforce/gts/2/ultra/3 then you're in luck. Get a glide wrapper and the thing runs like a voodoo5. If you have a 3DFX card and use NEMU you probably will experience video problems. the solution? run it on HLE. Recently, N64 emulation has reached maturity and most commercial games can run without any glitch using Project 64 1.5 Final or other N64 emulators featured on: www.emuxhaven.net

Q. But some games don't run on HLE/NEMU/ or either. Any alternatives?

A. HLE will never be updated for some reason, and the only thing you can do with HLE and NEMU(you can upgrade nemu) is to download game.ini files that have newer game scripts written in. Check out the emu page or go to a site listed on the related links section. A promising emulator is being developed; code named Project 64, read about it in the emu section. Right now, P64 is in final stage, very recommended you download it.

Q. For Ultra HLE and NEMU, when I run a rom, it says it has a bad rom state and errors, but before I ran it fine, what's wrong?

A. Basically, all you have to do select the rom, and from the menu, click 'Start Emulation' or just double click it again.

Q. The music bar opens up a sidebar with windows media player 7.0 and later, sometimes WME crashes or slows down the computer.

A. Upgrade your windows media player or select- do not play in window in the IE preferences.

Q. In Windows Media Player 7.1, the music plays on the sidebar; can i still hear files when i close the bar?

A. Absolutely.

Q. My Windows Media Player 9 will not resize the video window when I enter full screen; or, it hangs up in the process and quits back to normal mode. Any suggestions?

A. Tools: Options: Performance: Advanced: Make sure the Enable Full Screen Mode Switch is unchecked. Also, be sure to update your video drivers and DirectX and media Codecs, so you will have full hardware acceleration. Most recent DirectX is 9.0 Redistributable.

Q. I have a MacOS system and I'm searching for apple keygens, serials and cracks.

A. The only thing you could do is type in the exact keyword of what you want in google.com. e.g., "escape velocity override mac keygen". A recent alternative is to download Serials2000 (www.serials2000.org) for the pc, and access the Mac Serials database using a PC. If in fact you are looking for the EV override Key, I will do you a favor and list it: Version: 1.0.x Name: Macintosh Copies: 100 s/n: CKDCLGLL

Q. I am using WinRAR 2.8 and greater, and it says there is ACE support for .ace files. However, when i try to open such files with winrar it says the file is damaged. Is it Winrar's problem or mine?

A. It's winrar's problem. Although it is my favorite decompression program, .ace files require winace because of new compression technology and algorithms. Just use WinAce for ACE files and WinRAR for everything else. There is a crack available in the downloads section.

Q. What kind of web design program do you use on wolfyserver?

A. Almost all the time, I use Microsoft FrontPage XP for my websites. Only a fool uses notepad and spends hours on a table. I prefer content and aesthetics over trying to be cool 'old skool' even though i know how to code html by hand. I would recommend to-be webmasters to start off with FrontPage since it is very efficient, cuts time by 90% and people only look at the end product. Dreamweaver 4 and MX offer no help in its mediocre tutorials; the $400 price is hardly worth it. If you were to legitimately buy either coders: FPXP at $90 is a much better deal. Dreamweaver MX only offers buttons to insert simple commands while FrontPage XP is all about layout and efficiency.

Q. What is the operating system of choice when using cracks and warez?

A. It would have to be Windows ME which has the highest compatibility as 9x and is as mainstream. Not to old, not too new. XP works fine too.

Q. How come you're not on AIM anymore?

A. It's true I haven't been on AIM or online in a while. Nevertheless, I still check all the emails you guys give me so if you don't see me, give me some mailage at james@wolfyserver.org or, Personal Message me in the Forums.

Q. How do I make an .NFO file so I may be able to view the file in an NFO viewer such as CORE's and DAMN's?

A. Open up notepad, type as many weird characters (ASCII) as you please, then go to "save as", select "All Files" and document.NFO should be the name of the file.

Q. I have a higher resolution than 1024*768 and the SRC™ states I have "Failed" the test. Is there anything wrong?

A. Absolutely not. wolfyserver.org 2k3 prefers 1024*768 pixels resolution because that is the minimum size to view all the frames and graphics correctly. Any resolution higher than the usual seventeen inch's is perfectly fine. Be sure to have 32bit colour selected.

Q. When I switch resolutions as directed, my screen flickers with traceable lines. What can I do?

A. This is a problem everyone faces even without switching resolutions. Microsoft's Operating Systems including 9x, NT, and XP set the refresh rate (how many times the screen is drawn in a second) to optimal- meaning their definition of 60hz. 60hz is the worst rate since it impairs eyesight over time and causes nausea. In addition, games and websites will not look so great. Any refresh rate above 85hz is flicker-free and will be much more comfortable for your eyes. Any higher won't make much of a difference except in bragging rights. To change your refresh rate (almost 90% of new computer owners have it set at 60hz) go to the display properties by either 1. Right click on your desktop: Properties: Setting or 2. Start: Control Panels: Display. For Apple OS, Apple: Control Panels: Monitors and Colors. Next, check to see if you have your desired resolution selected (1024*768 is ideal for 17-18 inch monitors) and that your colour depth is at its highest. Click "Advanced" and click "Adapter" for windows 9x & ME systems. Set the refresh rate to 85hz or higher. Click apply. For windows XP machines, the option is "List All Modes" in your graphics card settings. Select "1024*768 32bit 85hz" for our "optimal resolution." Click apply. Over time you will notice how comfortable it is. Now you have truly made use of your money.

ð BLS ASIA 2003 WEBSITE: Frequently Asked Questions: (essentials to more casual questions.) Last Updated: 01.13.03

1. About the menu: I can't see the text because it is so pixilated. It looks very unprofessional, and where is the supposed transparency effect? It's very different than the screenshots: One & Two
Answer: You need to upgrade to Internet Explorer Six as the front-page mentions. You will also need a Microsoft Windows 9x (98/SE/ME) or 2000/XP operating system. Also, 1024*768 resolution. This website is being constructed late 2002 and it hopes to utilize already prominent technology for design and effect. The website appeals to the majority of visitors based on web-statistics. Most people already have Internet Explorer version 6 or greater. Microsoft Windows XP already comes with IE6 installed. Already, all the current XP operating systems sold have the browser. It is a free upgrade to anyone else running a Windows 98-XP machine. Microsoft Windows is required for necessary, basic fonts and other prerequisites. wolfyserver.org 2k3 statistics show out of 8 projects, 200,000 visitors: 95% are using a recent version of Microsoft Windows. The rest: Redhat, OS2, and Mac OS X. Similar polls show the same result. With more visitors upgrading to newer browsers, webmasters will have the ability to render their works more user friendly, less bug-ridden, and provide a far better experience. This is one of such websites made to encourage the upgrade of browsers for the visitors' benefit. To do so: Windows users please go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ for a short upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer. This will solve your menu problem. As for the text in the menu and on the site, be sure to have the critical web-fonts installed. They are made by Microsoft and should have came with your windows version or Office version. Listed: Verdana, Tahoma, and Arial. And about the resolution, please refer to the questions following this one.

2. Is Netscape Navigator and Communicator supported on this site?
Answer: No, neither Netscape nor Opera are supported here. The former, because of its horrendous bugs and its inability to display any webpage correctly. A rogue browser is no ways a perfected one. Even not-so-particularly avid Microsoft fans agree to Internet Explorer being the lesser of two evils. This will include all Netscape Navigator/Communicator versions up to 7.1.

3. This site uses 1027*768 resolution. What is that? And when I click the link to 1024*768 on the front-page or wherever it's located, I get SRC, what is that?
Answer: The screen resolution is basically how many pixels are displayed on your screen. Pixels are the little photon dots which make up your monitor or LCD panel display. They are minuscule as compared to a regular television and even Plasma and HDTV displays. 3 different colour pixels make up your 16.7 million colours. It is similar to the primary colours theory. The size ratio between pixels and centimeters is 0.035, which means for every 100 pixels, you will have 3.5 centimeters. Generally, for websites, the higher the pixels, the higher the image quality and the amount of content displayed. A very high percentage of websites are made to be viewed at 1024 times 768 (Horizontal and Vertical) pixels. And the rest are on their way. 1024*768 is the standard resolution for all 17inch monitors made in the last six years. And it's hardly a surprise to find even higher resolutions for larger monitors. It is perfectly fine to exceed this resolution since higher resolutions will not mess up a site's layout. For example, too little screen area means more content to fit in. Text gets smudged, pictures blurred because of compression and so on so forth.  SRC is simply a script that identifies your resolution and if it does not agree with the required (1024*768)- you will be recommended to change your resolution for the better, not required though. How to change resolution: Start: Control Panels: Display: "Settings" - Drag screen area bar to 1024*768 and set colours to 32bit. And what if you have a higher resolution? That's the next question.

4. I have a higher resolution than 1024*768 and the SRC™ states I have "Failed" the test. Is there anything wrong?
Answer: Absolutely not. BLS ASIA 2003 prefers 1024*768 pixels resolution because that is the minimum size to view all the frames and graphics correctly. Any resolution higher than the usual seventeen inch's is perfectly fine. Be sure to have 32bit colour selected.

5. When I switch resolutions as directed, my screen flickers with traceable lines. What can I do?

6. How come I cannot view some of the website- I see gray areas and the like.
Answer: The gray area is supposed to be Macromedia Flash 6 components. Flash is widely used for animation, display, and multimedia. Flash is essential for web development and viewing. We use it here since is serves as an alternative for visitors to download custom fonts displayed on this website. Since Flash is unified and most people already have it, it is a great way to be unique in the font sense. Microsoft Windows ME to XP have Flash 5 already installed. Nonetheless, more versions with more features and possibilities are constantly developed and improved upon by Macromedia Corporation. Please proceed to www.macromedia.com to download Flash 6, which is the current player as of October 2002.

7. What's a forum, what does it do? And how to do post my own message on the forum?
Answer: Forums, date back to Roman times- they are places to discuss ideas and hold meetings. Obviously, this is a vital component to online communications. Electronic forums have been in use for a while now and the newest one resemble AOL Instant Messenger with Instant Message or (Private Message) capabilities. Such is the one used on BLS ASIA and wolfyserver.org 2k3. You post your ideas, and people respond- or vice versa. For example, one can notify the entire board of a meeting or even hold polls for commercial use or private. That is to say, you can have poems evaluated, the hottest girl in your school selected, and basically anything that's democratic. Forums do have Administrators and Moderators for mishaps and the occasional misbehaved. So don't worry- everything will be taken care of. Currently, there are the delinquents whom tend to spam, or post repetitively the same message for advertisement or acclamation- or at least they think. The PHP operated Invision Forums, the one in effect here, prevents spam and mass flooding of messages and has the ability to ban one user, their screen-name, their email address, their IP address, their area code and even in rare cases, ban their Internet Service Provider and City. To post messages on the forums is quite easy. First, if you are new, click "Register" near the upper part of the page. Enter your desired screen-name, email address, and agree to the TOS (Terms of Service). From there, you may customize your profile (much like AOL) with interests, contact information, a buddy list, and an avatar. An avatar is basically an image with specified dimensions (This site uses 64*64 pixels) that appears next to your name and post. Great for uniqueness. Everyone is recommended to use the provided or make their own. Back to posting, click any topic link in the Forums list, then read what was already posted and either A. Click Reply to follow up, or click Post New Topic: for a new subject visitors can respond to. You are also blessed with the ability to hold your own Polls. People click your selections and a percentage is calculated.

8. I'm interested in developing and design my very own website. Where and how should I start?
Answer: At my school I head the Website Art & Design club, which is going to venture through all the tactics and techniques for a successful site. If your school does not offer a class or an organization, please refer to the comprehensive tutorial I wrote about Website Design. It is located here at http://www.wolfyserver.org/tutorials.html - If you would like to learn design in the shortest amount of time, read that. If you need more resources, I recommended: http://www.dynamicdrive.com and http://code.box.sk - For truly professional guidance, you should pursue a class at one of the technical institutes in your residential area.

9. What tools and software programs have you used to design the BLS ASIA 2003 website? How long did it take you?
Answer: Photoshop 7 took the majority of my time. Art has particular emphasis on my websites these days, and I'm just getting the hang of Adobe Photoshop. It is a great tool for beginners and professional artists. Indeed it is expensive and if you are not able to acquire an academic license, go with Pixel32 (Cost: Free) or Adobe's After Effects (est. $70). These other choices are inexpensive but hardly comparable to such a powerful tool. For website layout and design, I used the GUI (Graphical User Interface) editor Microsoft FrontPage XP (2002 Edition). For miscellaneous items, I used Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. But I recommended FrontPage XP or 98-2000 for the beginner and even expert web-designer. It's a time and life-saver. FrontPage Express comes free with Windows 98, ME, similar operating systems. If not, search on google for the query "Download FrontPage Express"- It is an estimated 2.1mb download. For ASIA, writing, configuring, and designing so far at 10.09.02 has taken me around sixteen hours. And that is just starting off. More than half is spent in Photoshop for CG artwork.

10. Why can't I right click with my two-infinity button mouse?
Answer: A simple java script embedded in the HTML code disables the browser's ability to bring up the menu. This is done for several reasons. First, it prevents the visitor from making mistakes while viewing the website. You won't easily set a picture on the site as your desktop wallpaper, you won't accidentally add the site to your favourites list, print it out or change the text to Chinese Simplified. The more prominent reason is for security purposes. This site and wolfyserver.org 2k3 use the same right click- no effect script to protect the source code. Plagiarism is as widespread online as in the classroom. While this countermeasure will not prevent you from taking the source- it certainly discourages it. We all know how easy it is to File: Save As to download the files. But how easy is it when the file menu is disabled, absent- right click disabled, and status bar hidden? Think about it, that is something that could be easily done but rather not encouraged. We simply discourage taking material without expressed written consent. The last raison d'être: It quells and cures visitors with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

11. How come the pages take somewhat longer time to load?
Answer: As you may have noticed on slower internet connections, this website uses lots of pictures and effects for the multimedia experience; and basically, for it to be pleasing aesthetically. Critical images in the menu are preloaded before the page- that means you won't see the hideous loading boxes often. Also, many images are larger in size compared to other websites. JPEGs are predominantly used. That is an image compression format and one of the best. With Photoshop by side, high (12) quality images are saved over and over again without images degrading. We do have some GIFs for transparency effect, saved in optimized format with Image Ready 7. Nonetheless, JPEG is a bit slower to load but has the better Image size and quality ratio. Also, this website is designed for broadband access mostly. Our target population? Schools and educational institutions already fitted with T10 broadband access. Many home users are benefiting from Cable Modem or DSL broadband as prices become more affordable. Even at that, this site recognizes majorities and minorities: sound and video are sparingly or never used, unless for downloading purposes, except that downloading itself is impractical and consumes both web space and bandwidth.

12. Why do some of the larger, full screen pictures blurry and pixilated? They seem abnormally shrunk. And what is that button that hovers over the picture upon mouse-over?
Answer: In Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and later versions, the picture automatically resizes to fit your screen. It is a convenient feature for most users but for art designers and people looking forward to the high-quality originals, it is one of Microsoft's annoyances. Disabling this feature is uncomplicated. Open up Internet Explorer: Click Tools in the tabs menu, gear down to "Internet Options" and click the Advanced Tab. Next, scroll down to Multimedia and uncheck "Automatic Image Resizing." 13. What are some of the Internet Shortcuts I can learn?
Answer: There are not many but most of them save you much time in your endeavors. The first one is to close any IE window or most programs: Press ALT (near the spacebar) and F4 (near the top) to exit the current program. This is useful to close full-screen Internet Explorer windows when you cannot see any file or quick-launch buttons. Some advertisers do this to confuse the general population. But you're all set! In addition to the ALT-F4 life-saver (Named such because it closes windows rapidly, discouraging prying eyes), there is F5, which reloads the current website. This is useful for updating that page, cranking up fake visitor hits, or for viewing your own banner exchanges. Another keystroke related is the Next Page, Previous Page short cut. Hold down ALT and press either the left or right arrow key. This acts as the backwards and forwards button. Press the stroke in succession to quickly browse through already visited websites. The final and my favorite option in Internet Explorer is the full screen command. If you do not have the button shown in Internet Explorer (View: Toolbars: customize), simply press F11 to hide the ugly buttons and to allow for a clean-cut larger view of a website. It is indispensable for presentations or for sites like this.

13. What is the "correct" font size used by this site and most others?
Answer: Professional websites are now gearing towards the smaller font, or at least the smoother large font. It's like our society's goods: the smaller the better. Cell-phones are great examples. But the most important perhaps is the size of the text you view the site at. The choice is "Medium." Set this option by clicking "View" in the IE menu, and select "Medium" in "Text-Size." The general text encoding is Western European (Windows).

13. What is the Admin Console option in the menu for exactly?
Answer: First of all, the HELP section serves a greater purpose for visitors. The menu is intended for members of the BLS ASIA committee who have email accounts included with the hosting plan. The Admin CP option serves as a quick access to the web host's control panels or forum administration in case of immediate problems. And site statistics show demographic features, where the visitors are coming from, what technology they use, and their referrals. This allows us to structure the site more around the visitor, you, our target audience. No rights infringed in the process.
